And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ
~Ephesians 4:11

Calvary Chapel of Silver City is a family. And as a family, we need each other! And one of the best ways we can come together as a family is through a Home Kinship. This is where relationships can go to a deeper level.  So if you’re looking for a place to know and be known, then please take time to read this page and consider getting plugged in!

Kinships are a great way to strengthen your faith, grow spiritually, develop friendships with other believers and be encouraged in a small-group setting. If you’re interested in joining a kinship, contact the home group leader in the area you prefer.

How Important Are Kinships?

We consider Kinships to be a central part of our ministry. They are the place where friendships happen as we encourage, support, and challenge one another. We believe that meeting together on a regular basis is time well spent. God doesn’t want any of us to be left to walk alone – we need each other.

What is a Kinship?

A Kinship is made up of a small group of people who meet weekly to share, to pray, and to support one another in their Christian lives. Each group is led by a leader and/or a host couple. A typical meeting lasts for an hour to an hour and a half, followed by light refreshments.

When and Where Do These Groups Meet?
